Holiday Post Update!
To ensure all items are delivered in time for the holidays, please note the following posting deadlines:
Last Posting Dates for Holiday Delivery:
- 2nd Class Post: 15th December
- 1st Class and 48 Tracked Post: 16th December
- 24 Tracked Post: 18th December
- Special Delivery: 19th December
Holiday Closures and Opening Times:
We will be closed from 20th to 29th December as we begin preparations for our new shop! From 30th December to 6th January, we’ll operate with limited opening hours, and we’ll fully reopen on 7th January.
Here’s a detailed schedule:
- 20th–28th December: Closed (Webchat available except 24th–26th December)
- 28th–31st December: Limited Opening Hours
- New Year’s Day (1st January): Closed
- 2nd–6th January: Limited Opening Hours
- From 7th January: Normal Opening Hours
A Note on Postage Delays:
Royal Mail is currently experiencing high volumes of holiday post. For example, some 24-hour tracked packages posted on Saturday have yet to leave the depot. Please be patient and contact us if you are still waiting for any items.
